E-mail us your question at support@hy-tekltd.com. Make sure you provide enough detail so that the technical support staff can understand the nature of your problem. After Technical Support has had a chance to review your e-mail, a support representative will respond to you by return e-mail.
NOTE: Please DO NOT email Hy-Tek if you have a question about a swimmer's team or times. The information in your team's or league's TMO database originates from your team's or league's administrative person in charge of the TEAM MANAGER Database. Please contact them directly about data issues that you might have. Usually their email address is on the front page of the TMO screen.
